Discretion is assured. We ship items in plain, unbranded packaging. We have three delivery options below;

U.K Delivery - Royal mail 2nd class service. Delivery aim is within 3-5 working days (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays)

NOTE: Due to covid-19, next day U.K delivery is currently unavailable as our courier cannot guarantee this service.

Inside Europe - 3-7 working day delivery aim (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays). We use a fully tracked service for this. Your tracking number will be sent in your confirmation email.

Outside Europe - 7-10 working day delivery aim (does not include weekends and Bank Holidays). We use a fully tracked service for this. Your tracking number will be sent in your confirmation email.

NOTE: Your item could be selected by customs for inspection. Foreign customs processing times vary greatly, generally from 1-7 weeks. Please plan accordingly when choosing these options.

All postage and packaging charges are made in GBP sterling (£), some deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. Our company will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the UK.
